What we store

• Your account email and sign-in details.
• Scans you run: the website address, check results, evidence (such as response headers and page title) and findings.
• Your credit balance and a history of credit changes.
• Billing records (purchase status, amounts, subscription status). Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
• Support messages you send us.

What we do not collect from scanned sites

The scanner requests only the public page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and a limited number of links. It sends no cookies or logins, does not run the site's JavaScript and does not download files.

AI provider

When you click "Generate repair prompt", the finding's title, severity, category, description, evidence, recommendation and your website address are sent to our AI provider through Lovable AI to write the prompt. Your account email is not sent.

Retention and deletion

Scan data is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account from Settings removes your scans, repair prompts, credit records and account. Payment records may be kept where required for accounting.
